SERVICES

Online Counselling

Online sessions enable you to choose your location and enjoy the convenience of your own home. You can save time and money by avoiding travel and transportation costs, and parents do not need to worry about dropping off and picking up their child from an appointment.  Online counselling may also appeal to young people who are familiar with technology and use it regularly. They may feel more at ease and less anxious by using technology to communicate with a counsellor, rather than meeting them in person.

I offer weekly sessions via Zoom, please contact me for availability.

Sessions last up to 50 minutes and cost £65

Face to Face Counselling

For those who prefer and find comfort in the personal interaction of in-person counselling, I offer sessions from a dedicated counselling space located at Regent Place in Rugby. Face-to-face counselling allows you to use more creative techniques and resources that may not be possible in online settings. The choice between online or in-person counselling depends on your personal preference, and it is important that you choose the option that you feel most comfortable with.

In-person sessions are held at Regent Place, Rugby.

Sessions typically last up to 50 minutes and cost £65

Counselling for Children and Young People

Counselling children and young people differs from adults due to their unique developmental stages and communication styles. Children and adolescents are still growing emotionally and mentally, so their ability to express thoughts and emotions might be limited. They often lack the vocabulary or self-awareness that adults have. My specialised training and creative approach are essential in helping young people engage in the therapeutic process, develop self-awareness, and facilitate positive change

Counselling can help young people with various issues, such as family, peers, school, trauma, or mental health. Counselling can offer a safe and supportive space for them to explore their feelings and thoughts, without judgement. Counselling can also help them learn skills and strategies to cope, improve, and achieve. Counselling can empower young people to make positive changes and reach their potential."

Parent Counselling

Parental counselling can help parents or careers who are dealing with their own mental health issues or have concerns about their children’s mental health or behaviour. I can offer support, guidance, and education to parents on topics such as parenting styles, communication, child development, stress, depression, family problems, trauma, grief, and more. Parental counselling can help parents improve their well-being, confidence, and skills, as well as their relationship with their children and family.
